Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy focuses on how we process personal data about our customers as well as visitors to our website. It is intended to help our customers/website users understand what information we collect about them, why the information is collected, and how we use it. The Personal Data Policy also describes how you as a customer/user can exercise the rights you have under the Data Protection Rules in relation to our processing of personal data.
Personal data
No personal information recorded on www.trampolin.dk is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored in a secure manner and is only accessible to trusted employees of PE-Redskaber.
In case of electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. It is an approved provider with approval from the E-label.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name of a file that is stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address details for your next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later date, you can do so via your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done via the "Functions" menu and the "Internet settings" menu item.
During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and is stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at PE-Redskaber in a way that you can later log in and view/change the status.
In addition, we record the IP address from which any purchase is made. The information is normally not used, but may be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!
In accordance with the Personal Data Act, we provide information on request about registered data, and on the basis of any objections, we make deletion to the extent requested.

Personal data and what we use it for
We use your personal data for processing your enquiry and future customer service. We collect name, address, phone number, email address.
The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of the personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
How long do we keep your personal data?
When you purchase from us, we keep your data until you request its deletion, as we need the information for product history, quality assurance and warranty. For other requests, your data will be kept for up to 12 months.

We do not pass on your information to third parties.
Transfer of information to 3rd countries
Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to erase inaccurate information we hold about you, as detailed in Article 16 of the GDPR.
You have the right to have your data deleted by us and our data processor (if we have exchanged the data with such a processor), cf. Article 17 of the GDPR. You can execute this right by contacting us via the email address indicated at the top.
You have the right to restrict our processing of data relating to you in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR.
In certain cases, you have the right to oppose our processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR. You may also raise objections to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority about our processing of personal data.
