"The reason why we have chosen PE-Redskaber's RemoteCare service system is that we want to shorten the time from equipment breaking to it being repaired. When users discover a defect or damage on our equipment, we are notified immediately and can arrange a repair. This shortens the time when the equipment is not usable."
