As safety is of utmost importance at PE-Redskaber, we also go into great detail about the automatic locking of the floor and automatic screening of the "A-hole" in the floor hatch. Furthermore, the safety equipment such as edge pads provide the extra safety that minimizes the risk of the receiver or gymnast being injured on the edges of the trench if the accident is out.
• All our edge cushions are firmly mounted on the floor so that they do not risk falling into the hole
• The edge cushions have a solid foam, which ensures that the gymnast does not step through to the floor
• All joints are made so that fingers and toes can not get under and get stuck
• The trampoline stop is only 9.2 mm wide, which allows, for example, the trampoline to be placed very close to the foam pad when jumping
• The safety edge cushion at the end of the foam cushion prevents the gymnast from falling into the floor hatch by jumping too far
• Furthermore, the edge cushion prevents a child from falling between the floor hatch and the foam cushion
• Large plate at full height in the A-hole, so that a person is prevented from crawling or falling down next to the floor hatch
Following a recommendation from the Danish Working Environment Authority, PE Tools has chosen, as standard, to install an additional safety equipment system.
• All lifts are fitted with an extra safety guard around the wire wheels, to minimize the risk of injury if the trench is not operated as specified by PE Tools
• The power is automatically switched off if a person descends under the trampoline and / or foam pad - the system must then be "reset" by a janitor / tail inspector or other trained
When cleaning / servicing, put the "fitter key" in the key box down in the hole, so that it prevents the reset function up in the hall - ie no operation while there are people in the hole!
After cleaning / service, the system is "reset" up in the hall, and the control panels can again be used for lifting pillows etc.
