Terms and conditions of sale and delivery for commercial purchas
Terms and conditions of sale and delivery of PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk
These terms apply unless it was elsewise decided in a written statement. The terms of sale and delivery are provided with the submission of the offer or provided upon conclusion of the contract, and the terms of sale and delivery are considered part of the contract.
Prices
All prices are contemporary prices. Errors and possible price increases, including increases in supplier costs, are reserved.
Offer/Order Confirmation
Offers made by PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk are valid for 30 days from the date of the offer, unless otherwise agreed. After that, the offer expires.
Payment conditions
Payment terms are 14 days net cash unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
Prior payment or security for payment may be required for sales and deliveries to private individuals and for the purchase of special goods.
Failure to pay on time will result in a charge of DKK 100 for reminders. The usual default interest shall be charged in consumer relations.
In the case of sales to traders, interest of 2% per current month shall be added for late payment.
Property
The goods sold remain the property of PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk until the full amount has been paid.
Delivery
For total orders over DKK 17,500 including VAT, delivery is free of charge anywhere in Denmark, except Bornholm and other non-coastal islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. All deliveries must be made on a solid ground.
When delivering bulky goods, freight will be charged according to the actual freight price.
For purchases under DKK 1,000 incl. VAT, a handling fee of DKK 50 incl. VAT will be added in addition to freight.
PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk are not liable for any loss that may occur as a result of delay, including operating losses. All risk for the goods is transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
Returns
There is no right of return or withdrawal.
Return of goods can only take place if this has been agreed in advance in a written form with a sales manager at PE-Redskaber A/S or Trampolincenter.dk. Special products cannot be returned.
Complaints
The buyer is obligated to inspect the sold goods immediately after delivery, and the buyer must complain within 7 days after receiving the sold goods, if the buyer wishes to raise complaints about the sold goods. Otherwise, the buyer forfeits the right to claim defects.
If there is a legally relevant defect in a delivered product, PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk are solely responsible for the defect itself, and the buyer can only demand rectification, proportional rejection or demand replacement in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Sale of Goods Act. PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including operating loss, or any other claim by a third party.
Warranty
There is a warranty on the product as stated by the manufacturer. There is no warranty on goods caused by misuse or abuse.
All warranty repairs are carried out at Folevej 47, 6510 Gram.
Transport damage
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier or postal service.
If it has been agreed in advance that the goods may be left without a receipt from the carrier, PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk are without risk if the goods should disappear or be damaged.
Delivery difficulties, Force Majeure
Should delivery be impossible in whole or in part due to force majeure, PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk shall be released from any liability. Force majeure and delivery difficulties in this provision include, but are not limited to, labour disputes, war, civil war, blockades, lockouts, political unrest, government intervention, lack of fuel or other external circumstances affecting delivery.
Advisory responsibility
PE-Redskaber A/S or Trampolincenter.dk's assistance to the buyer or the buyer's advisor is to be regarded as indicative and informative only, and PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk shall not be liable in any respect.
Product liability
PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk shall only be liable for damage to persons or property resulting from defects in delivered products to the extent that this follows from mandatory legislation. However, PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk accept no liability for loss resulting from loss of business, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect loss.
Products
PE-Redskaber A/S and Trampolincenter.dk continuously develop products in order to be at the forefront of developments. Therefore, we reserve the right to change models, assortment, colours and prices, which are in our catalogues and websites. Shades of color may occur and are reserved.
Legal jurisdiction and law
Any dispute must first be sought to be resolved by mediation. The mediator is appointed through Danske mediator lawyers. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation, the case must be brought to court in Esbjerg and in accordance with the general rules of Danish law.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
